Life. Is (not all) but a good amount about lessons. ("Don't be arrogant" - I can be a bit stubborn, that's for sure, change can be/is hard sometimes, on some things - it takes effort, can take planning, willpower, wisdom, patience (sabr)).

Good video:

I didn't know much and don't know much about Algeria and it's history:

Great videos (understanding China better and de-colonizing your mind with truth and what's possible and what's real, what's good (what is what?), is good, is good):

J. Edgar Hoover - Wikipedia:

J. Edgar Hoover

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia John Edgar Hoover (January 1, 1895 – May 2, 1972) was an American law enforcement administrator who served as the first Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). He was appointed director of the Bureau of Investigation – the FBI's predecessor – in 1924 and was instrumental in founding the FBI in 1935, where he remained director for another 37 years until his death in 1972. Hoover built the FBI into a larger crime-fighting agency than it was at its inception and instituted a number of modernizations to police technology, such as a centralized fingerprint file and forensic laboratories. Hoover also established and expanded a national blacklist, referred to as the FBI Index or Index List.

Later in life and after his death, Hoover became a controversial figure as evidence of his secretive abuses of power began to surface. He was found to have routinely violated the very laws the FBI was charged with enforcing,[2] to have used the FBI to harass political dissidents, to amass secret files for blackmailing high level politicians,[3] and to collect evidence using vigilantism and many other illegal methods.[4] Hoover consequently amassed a great deal of power and was in a position to intimidate and threaten others, including multiple sitting presidents of the United States.[5]

Firaun (pharaoh propaganda - is our FBI and State Dept. and people are deceived - (not saying their bad or have bad intentions...(possible that they have bad intentions though, Allah SWT knows all)).

Words matter, have effects on our consciousness, but and are also, only sometimes just expressions of conveyance (imprecise and our conveyance of our feelings emotions, etc., - even just grunts or a grimace or a smile).

Good video though I know a lot of these things already (years ago), hard(er) to do, even if one knows: (listening and learning to videos, when driving to places while working)

If you consult the dictionary, health and well-being might be described as the absence of “negative” things, like mental distress and physical illness. A more positive well-being definition...

(some things I would have added to this but is pretty good, a good reminder - trying to get some things into memory better (and also interpretation and putting the "puzzle" together so to speak) (- and I forgot about Surah Al-Khaf as protection against the Dajjal (anti-christ))

Didn't watch all, but yes, its good and it's good this was on Democracy Now as well:

Haven't watched all:

- Warning from Sheikh Imran is for muslims and the Ummah not to be deceived and to think for ourselves - which is correct - especially in these times - and Sheikh Omar Baloch is going into the topic of the Quran and Sunnah and Hadiths (lots of false information out there).

Lots of Islamic videos I know, but here's a non-Islamic one (to my non-Muslim or potential non-Muslim audience), is great, must watch! (IMO):

(some obvious spelling mistakes there, up above but yeah...- (I use a certain keyboard app, I like it but I don't like its autocorrect all too much)
