Compete and Have Fun But...

What are we doing...We're so self-centered (I am). We (me) are getting so disconnected from nature and is so easy to do during these times. Work, eat, sleep, enjoy, do good, but...

Great Video.

Started reading "The Field Guide to the Haunted Forest" a day before. -- So good.

Was thinking: Pfft.

Allah Akbar. The middle way is often the right way. Goodness and truth prevail. - Not to love the world - of men (and jinn) but to also be respectful and have perspective - and obviously the natural world is a teacher and a grounding - and I believe, can be healing. I miss playing out in nature. Playing in the river, feeling the mud and rocks on my bare feet, not worrying. But time is short in our lives and we do grow sad the state of the natural world today where so many streams are so polluted you don't want to go into them at all. What of the birds and all the other creatures of the earth? It is like dying - we are killing it and it is sad. We must take responsibility. Is time to grow up. And try to grow in a positive way - inner peace, quietness, humility, - can help so much - but there is a balance between peace and heedlessness.

Pretty crazy:

May we be protected from hypocrisy - it's hard in these times.

Decent Video - I think there is goodness and peace in letting go as well and "the spiritual development of man", but there is definite reality. We do have conscious minds - mine especially is "quite a beast" that wants to speak speak speak and go go, - is powerful, has a lot of energy, that's for certain. I think though there is ample time while working, driving, or whatever, in whatever one is doing to practice - "don't be an extremist" or you know, ego-centric, to let go. There are other times where it is easy to be naturally focused (like in school - learning Calculus or at work working on a report etc. as examples). That's human nature.

Pretty words:)

"There is only one corner of the Universe you can be certain of improving and that's your own self"

"Only as far as I reach can I grow. Only as far as I seek can I grow. Only as far as I seek can I go. Only as deep as I look can I see".

----- Interesting a bit (some cursing etc. though of course):
