Some good advice -


We should go outside every day, it makes us stronger. Rain, snow, heat, ice, it's good to get outside.


Three simple words for career and personal life advice - "Make yourself useful".


That's all. Been doing some much needed updating on my site - was pretty bad before. Maybe a little more perfecting still to be done but it's almost good. The good this could do to the world...imagine. The youth playing outside all the time in the family permaculture garden etc. :-> and kids being kids etc. So much good, can't imagine.



Also I learned that juggling helps increase brain matter and health (brain neuroplasticity (size) and neural connections) (Credit to Jim Kwik's Super Brain class).

Got a lot of good articles saved in my Pocket account (imo) and YouTube playlists. Making a real change though (committing) with how I spend my time.
