Long Documentary - I have the same worry here in the U.S. - can see it happening a bit now especially since the Ruble being tied to real commodities and China's power ever growing, along with the U.S.'s policies of crony capitalism and corporate welfare tax policies and propping up the stock market and the rich - being the #1 country still in the world, so rich, yet so concentrated in the hands of the wealthy and these monopolizing types of forces and actions. These cycles of inflation and recession only benefits the rich more, really, and insiders of the stock market and people who study and predict the trends. While it wastes away hard earned (probably) money of the working people who have to foreclose on mortgages, not to mention our very costly healthcare system and poor FDA and health (diet, exercise, culture)

What's really going on in Ukraine? + other things in the world:
- I think, we, (the U.S. of A.) should join the U.N. international court, especially if our President says and accuses Putin of war crimes and should be tried, then we ourselves need to be upright and subject ourselves to the same level of scrutiny.
- If true, and I believe it probably is, that the U.S. is to blame for Pakistan's regime change, then that is a big violation of U.N. International Law. Not to mention, the bombs and drone strikes that have killed so many innocent civilians since 9/11/2001 by our military.
- To me, it doesn't make quite sense, for example of news (just today there's news I saw saying Ukraine calls on the world and Europe to condemn Putin and they found a grave site with two civilian bodies - I mean, two bodies? is that really so unexpected in an area of war - modern war?) - Yet at the same time, they and the West are calling on the world to fight Russia and resist? - war is messy...duh. It's not good. We should try to prevent it (along with civil war and strife, etc. etc., yes...what's new again?).
Plus the news of Russian soldiers being killed via food poisoning - from Ukrainian civilians - Celebrated by the BBC! is such a double standard and conspiratory. And anybody with a brain can understand, that with air superiority, Russia could be decimating Ukraine if they wanted. There wouldn't be just a missile strike here or there. Kyiv could be destroyed if they wanted to. The fact that the West is doing all of this, while knowing, FULL WELL, that Russia could do this, could destroy Ukraine's Capital, with the movement of ground forces with artillery and air support, could systematically march its way into Kyiv and destroy their government basically...I mean, if Russia is so evil, and this operation and conflict so inhumane, why would you let your tongue be so loose given that the enemy, is so mad and dangerous, if your assertations and what you truly believe, is true? Is that not the dumbest thing? But yes, war is messy and people can be quite inhumane. Just like the President of the U.S. can't control every soldier's actions, the same applies to Putin...but yeah, anyway...it is sad...no doubt, we're all human...is good to not get too ego trapped, but at the same time, speak the truth, at least from what we know and understand, I don't know everything, nobody does. We're all just people - which is pretty cool...(kind of scary going against the mainstream narrative on such a big and complex issue - is kind of difficult to explain everything to people, just on the spot, being just a forgetful, nice kind of person with good intentions, really, and I believe most people are, quite good, amazing and strong...).
- Chillout. Use your brain. Be humble do good. Trust in God (Allah SWT) and help your neighbor (and the earth). What's good is good, that's for certain. No denying that. Smile (it's Sunnah). Let things come, get outside, let things go, talk things out and through (especially with family), is okay to feel emotions. Life is a journey. Is not all just materialistic.
